Are you worn down from daily battles with your pre-schooler and unable to figure out how to stop them?
Stepping back to understand the difficult feelings that get triggered when parents get pulled into power struggles can lead to insights that enable us to respond more effectively. Discover why parents get locked into battles with their pre-schoolers and often unintentionally reenact scripts from their own childhood.
In this interactive workshop, you will learn a variety of strategies to deter tantrums as well as to deal with them when they occur. Plus: identify your child’s developmental capacities and temperament, affirm your child’s feelings without caving in, and appreciate the enormous challenges and rewards of parenthood.
