2014 PRESCHOOL ADMISSIONS
If you are applying to preschools for September 2014, come to a Preschool Admissions Workshop. Offered several times a week at the Parents League office, the workshop is great place to begin to learn about the admissions process.
What happens at a Preschool Admissions Workshop?
A Parents League advisor leads a ninety minute session that guides you through the admissions process: when to start, how old your child should be, how to develop a list of preschools, the application process, what to look for, and what to expect. A companion workshop guide is distributed during the session. After you have attended the workshop, you can speak by phone to a Parents League advisor about your own list. You can continue, and we encourage you to speak to an advisor throughout the entire process, whenever you have any questions or concerns.
About our Advisors:
Together our advisors have years of experience as independent school teachers, admission directors, board members and parents. Our advisors visit and communicate with Parents League member schools often. Our unique relationship with schools enables us to provide you with current and up to date information about schools and admissions policies.
Reservations are required to attend a Preschool Workshop and you must be a Parents League member. Join online or by phone and then call our office at 212-737-7385 to sign up for a workshop.
Preschool Admissions Workshop Schedule
Please Note: No Preschool Workshops will be held during the last three weeks of August. Sign up now! Our workshops are small (maximum: 15 participants), very popular and fill up quickly.
