Join Aija Mayrock to learn how to help your children turn challenging situations into opportunities to learn and thrive. Aija is the author of The Survival Guide to Bullying and will recount how she endured years of being bullied from the age of 8. Aija will share her own inspirational story and provide tips for how young people can tackle bullying and cyberbullying in their own lives and make constructive choices. As Aija explains, it’s absolutely not your fault you’re bullied, but it is your problem, and she’s here to help you address it.
