Thinking About a Tutor?

Experts from the Tutoring League of New York joined us for a virtual panel designed for families currently in or starting to explore ways of supporting academic growth. This panel addresses commonly asked questions including differences between in-person and virtual learning support, as well as practical ones, like tutor-learner personality fit, scheduling, and fees.

Parents will gain clarity about the types of support tutors offer, resources for finding a high-quality practitioner, and knowledge to identify the “right fit” tutor to help your student succeed in school and beyond.

Panel:
Dana Albert (high school math expert)
Jon Tannenbaum (test prep expert)
Beck Goodman (early childhood expert)
Kate Sullivan (elementary and special ed expert)
Jane Moskowitz (elementary and high school literacy expert)
