Jacqueline Blatt

Jacqueline Blatt is a finance and strategy executive and the founder of JB Strategic Advisory, where she advises high-growth consumer brands on strategic planning, business development, fundraising, and investor relations. She brings over 15 years of experience spanning investment banking, growth equity investing, and operational leadership, including nearly eight years at Rent the Runway, where she served as Chief of Staff to the CEO and later as VP of Investor Relations, leading the company’s IPO process. Prior to Rent the Runway, Jacqueline worked on the investment team at General Atlantic and in M&A at Blackstone. She is also an Operating Fellow at Strada Partners, a European growth-oriented investment firm.

A lifelong New Yorker, Jacqueline is a proud alumna of The Spence School, where she attended K–12. She graduated summa cum laude from the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business at the University of Pennsylvania, earning degrees from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences. Jacqueline came to the Parents League as a deeply engaged member of the NYC independent school community. She currently serves as Co-Head of the Parents Association at Temple Emanu-El Nursery School, and her eldest son will enter Kindergarten at a New York City independent school in Fall 2026. She resides on the Upper East Side with her husband and three young children. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, fitness, tennis, and mahjong.
